Do you ever have days that were so busy you didn’t even have time to think? Don’t worry I think most of us have more of those days than we would like. As women, we tend to put everyone and everything above our own needs, but I think even five minutes of self-reflection each day can make us happier more centered people.
In order to make sure I get this time in every day I ask myself these five questions before I go to bed. I don’t always have an answer but I think even just asking the question is important, (especially the last one).
Your questions are probably different than mine and mine will probably change over the course of my life. It’s not about the questions though, it’s simply about asking them.
